CHECK-IN INFORMATION
The Chamber is very excited about our upcoming event and its continued growth and popularity over that last four years.
Friday afternoon/evening set up will be available beginning at 3:00 pm. Check-in will be from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm, but you may stay later to complete set-up. Saturday morning check in and set up will begin at 6 am. We are hiring security for Friday and Saturday evening in addition to the security team in place at the GROVE.Your booth number and map will be provided to you at check-in on Friday or Saturday. Please remember you must be completely set up by 9:00 am on Saturday morning. If there are any special needs please let us know about them in advance so we can plan to accommodate you. We will be providing complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the weekend. If you would like a booth sitter to relieve you for breaks or meals, they will be available also.
Our advertising schedule includes print media, radio partnership, multiple web site posts and calendars, social media, banners, posters, and promotion through the Chamber's numerous events and weekly newsletters. Promotional materials will be sent to over 400 news media sources throughout the State of Florida.

Directions to the GROVE at Wesley Chapel: From I-75 North or South:
Take exit 279, Hwy 54 (Wesley Chapel Blvd.), travel west For 200 yards and turn right on Oakley Blvd. GROVE at Wesley Chapel features one mile of I-75 frontage and is at the intersection of one of the most traveled roads in Pasco County, allowing for excellent visibility and easy access.
