    Honoring the Greater Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Trinity and Odessa Area Businesses

    The Greater Wesley Chapel/New Tampa Chamber of Commerce wishes to celebrate the extraordinary things local community members, businesses, and organizations have done in Wesley Chapel/New Tampa.

    Award Criteria

    Excellence in Business Award winners are chosen by a panel of their peers based on their demonstrated commitment to the advancement of the business community.

    All Nominees must:

    • Members in good standing for more than 1 year
    • Time and service contributed must be within the current year
    • Do business in the Greater Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Trinity and Odessa  Area
    • Not have won an Excellence Award in the last 5 years
    • Show commitment to social responsibility  and exemplify strong community involvement

    Please note the chamber retains the right to make all final decisions about which award category is the most appropriate for the nominee.

    Excellence in Business Small Business (0-49 employees)- These businesses, and the people who provide leadership for them, have a profound effect upon the business environment and the economy in the Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Trinity and Odessa Area and beyond.

    Excellence in Business Large Business (50+ employees) - These businesses, and the people who provide leadership for them, have a profound effect upon the business environment and the economy in the Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Trinity and Odessa Area and beyond.

    Volunteer of the Year - Recognizing a community leader who donates his or her time to Chamber activities and events.

    Business Leader of the Year- Must be the Founder, Owner, CEO or president who best exemplifies generosity in giving time, money, staff and/or facilities for community benefit.

    New Business of the Year-This award recognizes a local company that has been in business for fewer than three years which is financially sustainable and potentially scalable.
